Now, let's dive into a little holiday treat – an easy recipe for Hot Chocolate Sugar Cookies. Because what's better than spreading warmth and sweetness during this magical time?

🍪 Hot Chocolate Sugar Cookies Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Mini marshmallows (for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
