Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order, although we generally are able to process more quickly than that. Also, expect an email within 3 business days to let you know your order is on the way! As tracking numbers become available to us, we email them to you as well.

Shipping:

We use a variety of vendors from all over the world. Depending on where your item is coming from, shipping can take anywhere from 5-15 business days. In the rare instance that there is a delay, we will notify you by email as well.

At this time, we only ship to the USA.

Items that have been personalized, engraved, or otherwise altered at your request may take additional time to process and ship, but our intention is always to haveit ship as soon as possible.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of your order. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. This includes products with printed names, engraved details, or otherwise altered items at your request.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@orchardhillnovelties.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
